Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to return or exchange an item you purchased, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, return instructions will be provided.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
- Free from damage
Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If exchanging for another item, shipping fees for the replacement order may apply based on destination and shipping method selected.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Refund eligibility is subject to our store policies and applicable consumer laws.
